3. Our Contract With You

3.1 How we accept your order. A contract is formed once we email you confirming acceptance of your order.

3.2 If we cannot accept your order. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and no payment will be taken. This may occur if:

• The product is out of stock

• There is a pricing or description error

• There is a safety or compliance issue

• We are unable to verify that you are over 18

• We are unable to deliver to your location

3.3 Your order number. An order number will be provided once your order is accepted. Please quote this in all correspondence.

3.4 Delivery locations. We only sell and deliver to customers resident in the United Kingdom.

3.5 Age restriction. We do not sell e-cigarettes or related products to anyone under 18 years of age.

3.6 Age and identity verification. To comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud, we carry out electronic age verification. If automatic verification fails, you may be asked to provide additional identification. Orders will not be dispatched until verification is complete. Failure to verify age will result in cancellation and refund.

4.2 Packaging. Product packaging may differ from images shown. Packaging differences alone do not qualify for returns.

5. Changes to Products or Orders

5.1 Customer-requested changes. If you wish to change your order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and confirmation.

Such changes will not materially affect product use.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery costs. Delivery charges are shown during checkout.

7.2 Delivery times. We aim to deliver within 7 days of order acceptance.

7.4 Missed deliveries. If delivery attempts fail, the carrier may retry or return the goods to us.

8.3 Hygiene-sealed products. Products sealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once opened.

8.4 Extended goodwill returns. Vape4L may offer extended returns beyond statutory rights. This does not affect your legal protections.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.2 Returning goods. Returned items must include order information. Refunds are processed once goods are received and inspected.

9.3 Refund method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

9.4 Deductions. Refunds may be reduced if items are returned in a condition beyond reasonable handling.

10. Our Right to End the Contract

10.1 Breach of contract. We may end the contract if you fail to accept delivery or breach these terms.

11. Problems With Products

11.2 Your legal rights. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
