What delivery options can I choose from?
We have multiple delivery options available at Vape 4L and provide FREE Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery on all orders over £20.00.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery (Next Day)
- Free delivery on orders over £20.00 (£4.99 on orders under £20.00)
- Next day delivery service
- Tracked to delivery point
- Same day dispatch Monday to Friday on all orders placed before 4:00pm (excluding Bank Holidays) and before 11:30am on Saturday and Sunday
- Deliveries are attempted 7 days a week (Monday–Sunday)
Please Note: Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery can take up to two working days depending on the location and service.
DPD Express Tracked Delivery (Next Day)
- Next working day service
- Tracked to delivery point
- Same day dispatch Monday to Thursday on all orders placed before 4:00pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
How is shipping calculated for deliveries outside the UK?
Please note that we do not process orders for shipment outside the UK.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 4:00pm Monday–Friday and 11:30am Saturday–Sunday with Royal Mail will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed before 4:00pm with DPD will be dispatched the same day.
Is your packaging discreet?
We use plain packaging with no logos on the envelope or box.
What happens if my order is damaged during delivery?
If your order has been damaged during shipping, a claim can be made to the delivery company. We will need you to provide photos of the damaged goods, alongside your order number.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not been delivered and your tracking information states that it has, please contact us with the details of your order. Include your Vape 4L order number and we will open an investigation with the delivery company.

Existing Order Queries
Where is my order?
Once you have received your Royal Mail tracking number, you can track your order via Royal Mail Track & Trace.
Once you receive your DPD tracking number, you can track your order via DPD Parcel Tracking.
My tracking number isn't working!
If your tracking number isn't working, it could be that the tracking is not yet live. Your tracking will become active once the delivery company has received your parcel. If you have placed your order before 4:00pm Monday–Friday with Royal Mail or DPD, your tracking should become live later that evening.
Tracking & Packaging
Once my order has been dispatched, can I change my delivery method?
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change your delivery method. When you receive your tracking number, you may be able to provide additional delivery instructions directly to the delivery company via their website or app.
Will you let me know that you've received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation from Vape 4L shortly after your payment has been processed. If you haven't received this, please check your spam or junk folder before getting in touch with our support team.
Will you let me know that my order is on the way?
Yes. When we update your order to dispatched, you will receive an email notification. This will contain a link allowing you to view your tracking number and follow your parcel's progress.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes! We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been picked, packed, and dispatched. If you order before 4:00pm Monday–Friday with Royal Mail or DPD, you should receive your tracking number that evening.
If you order after 4:00pm Monday–Friday and have selected Royal Mail delivery, you will receive your tracking number on the evening of the next working day.
